Join us for Gravity's first session back for Semester 2! 


Come de-stress, unwind and hang out with us for a 60 minute midday yoga and mindfulness session. 
Uni can get stressful. We're here to help. 

What's the deal? 

Same drill as last semester for those of you who have been with us from the start. For all our new mates - look forward to a yoga session run by the legends at Power Living. Don't worry if you've never done yoga before, we keep it simple and fun.

Yoga will be followed by a group meditation, and topped off with free Pressed Juices for everyone that comes along! Sticking around for a chat afterwards is highly encouraged... we're a friendly bunch. 

The best part? It's all free, and all in the name of promoting student wellbeing and decreasing the stigma surrounding mental health. 

What to bring? 

Just bring yourself and wear your activewear so you can get down with us. Mats provided thanks to the superstars at Lululemon. 

Where's it at?

You'll find us in Sidney Myer Asia Centre on Level 1 in the YHM Room - The University of Melbourne.
